We spent a nice hour here last weekend...

It was easy to find and there is parking right next to the park. We bought out tickets from the shop by the entrance (costing CHF6 per adult and children are free up to the age of 6 then between 6 and 16 it costs CHF4.50) and off we went.

It’s nicely laid out with raised walkways around the animals which makes it easy to manage with a pushchair and toddlers can manage safely (although Alba kept reaching through the fence to touch the electric fence which was thankfully disabled !!).

“There’s not a huge variety of animals here but there are lots of bears and we were lucky enough to see two cubs playing together which was nice.”

There’s not a huge variety of animals here but there are lots of bears and we were lucky enough to see two cubs playing together which was nice. Aside from that there are wolves which we couldn't see and bison. You get a good view of the animals during from the pathway and its a pleasant walk.

At the end of the path there is a small play area for children which both Jude and Alba enjoyed. There is also a field of goats across the road which visitors can enter to see the goats up close. We didn't try the restaurant but it looked popular.
